The third is the transfer of orders in China. The forth is that the confidence of international buyers restored in the garment industry in Bangladesh. Germany is the largest Bangladesh's garment export destination in the EU. In July-August 2017, the German garment export revenue reached 9,233.9 million US dollars, increased by 9.72% compared with 9.0446 billion US dollars last year. The garment exports to the Netherlands grew the most rapidly, with exports amounting to $178.8 million, increased by more than 41%. Data showed that in 2016-17 fiscal year, Bangladesh garment exports totaled $28.14 billion, about 63.06% flow to the EU market.
